About Pyxis
Pyxis Technology was founded in March of 2004 with a mission to provide advanced
routing automation solutions to the critical problems of high performance IC design.
The founders of Pyxis brought extensive experience in advanced chip design and
expertise in the development of algorithmically complex software honed from years
creating solutions for industry leaders such as IBM, Sun Microsystems and Motorola.
Subsequently, Pyxis used this experience to develop and release state-of-the-art
advanced routing engines specifically designed to handle the complexities and capacity
of nanoscale IC designs. The NexusRoute family of automatic routers provides a
commercially available solution to increase IC design capacity, performance, yield and
time-to-market. The Pyxis solutions have been proven to reduce routing time on the
largest IC designs by an order of magnitude, and by improving design quality on complex
processes, have demonstrated 10% or greater design yields.
